type Petit Beurre<\/li>\n<li>110 g de beurre fondu<\/li>\n<li>250 g de ricotta<\/li>\n<li>250 g de fromage blanc \u00e0 30%<\/li>\n<li>200 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<li>4 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>100 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>Le jus de 2 citrons verts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Pour le gla\u00e7age Mojito<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 cl de rhum blanc<\/li>\n<li>10 cl d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>20 g de sucre cassonade<\/li>\n<li>3 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/li>\n<li>Le jus d&rsquo;1 citron vert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pour la d\u00e9coration du cheesecake<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quelques feuilles de menthe<\/li>\n<li>Le zeste d&rsquo;1 citron vert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration du cheesecake<\/span><\/strong> :<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9duisez les biscuits en poudre (Astuce : vous pouvez les d\u00e9poser dans un sac de cong\u00e9lation, le fermer et passez un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie sur l&rsquo;ensemble)<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le beurre fondu, m\u00e9langez et versez la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule amovible, r\u00e9servez au frais<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langez la ricotta avec le fromage blanc et la cr\u00e8me<\/p>\n<p>Dans un autre saladier, fouettez le sucre avec les oeufs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse, incorporez la pr\u00e9paration au m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le jus des citrons, m\u00e9langez et versez l&rsquo;appareil sur la p\u00e2te biscuit\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez pendant 50 mn\u00a0 (si le cheesecake a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement tendance \u00e0 brunir, d\u00e9posez une feuille de papier aluminium sur le dessus)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration du gla\u00e7age Mojito<\/span><\/strong> :<\/p>\n<p>Faites tremper les feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans un bol d&rsquo;eau froide pendant 10 mn<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, faites chauffer l&rsquo;eau avec le rhum , le sucre cassonade et le jus du citron vert, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, ajoutez les feuilles de g\u00e9latines essor\u00e9es, remuez et laissez refroidir<\/p>\n<p>Versez le gla\u00e7age refroidit sur le cheesecake et r\u00e9servez-le 1 nuit au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9moulez le cheesecake, parsemez-le de zeste de citron vert et d\u00e9corez-le de quelques feuilles de menthe
