noix de p\u00e9can hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Pour le nappage\u00a0:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de <strong>mascarpone<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>60 g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Pr\u00e9paration du <strong>carrot cake<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Pelez puis r\u00e2pez les carottes \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une r\u00e2pe (pour obtenir des petits \u00e9clats de carottes)<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, fouettez les \u0153ufs, ajoutez-les aux \u00e9clats de carottes, m\u00e9langez<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez la poudre d\u2019amande et les noix de p\u00e9can hach\u00e9es, m\u00e9langez<\/p>\n<p>Faites fondre le beurre, ajoutez-le \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration<\/p>\n<p>Incorporez la farine, la levure, le sucre cassonade, le sel, remuez<\/p>\n<p>Dans un moule beurr\u00e9, versez l\u2019appareil<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez pendant 50 mn<\/p>\n<p>Laissez refroidir et d\u00e9moulez le carrot cake<\/p>\n<p><u>Pr\u00e9paration du nappage au <strong>Mascarpone<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Fouettez le mascarpone avec le sucre glace, r\u00e9servez au frais<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de
