cuisson<\/li>\n<li>50 cl de lait<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 pomme<\/li>\n<li>1 banane<\/li>\n<li>1 kiwi<\/li>\n<li>Caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0La fontaine \u00e0 confiture\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine tamis\u00e9e avec le sucre et la pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez les oeufs battus, le beurre fondu et le lait progressivement, m\u00e9langez bien l&rsquo;ensemble afin d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse et homog\u00e8ne<\/p>\n<p>Filmez le saladier et laissez reposer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 1 heure<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer une po\u00eale, ajoutez une noix de beurre, versez 1 louche de p\u00e2te<\/p>\n<p>Laissez cuire la cr\u00eape quelques minutes puis retournez-la \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule<\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire l&rsquo;autre face, puis d\u00e9posez la cr\u00eape sur une assiette, renouvelez l&rsquo;orientation jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement de la p\u00e2te<\/p>\n<p>Dressez les cr\u00eapes dans des ramequins, ajoutez quelques morceaux de fruits et arrosez avec gourmandise de caramel au beurre sal\u00e9
