ferme<\/li>\n<li>500g de<strong> patates douces<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd t\u00eate d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>2 oignons<\/li>\n<li>1 boite de pulpe de tomates<\/li>\n<li>30cl de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>6 brins de thym<\/li>\n<li>4 feuilles de laurier<\/li>\n<li>3 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez les oignons, coupez-les en 4 et glissez-en 2 quarts dans le <strong>poulet<\/strong>, \u00e9mincez le reste<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez 2 gousses d\u2019ail, et glissez les \u00e9galement dans le poulet avec 2 brins de thym, gardez les autres gousses \u00ab\u00a0en chemise\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Badigeonnez le poulet d\u20191 cuill\u00e8re d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, salez-le et effeuillez 2 brins de thym en les r\u00e9partissant sur toute la surface du poulet, salez, poivrez<\/p>\n<p>Mettez le poulet dans un grand plat, \u00e0 l\u2019envers, et glissez-le dans le four pendant \u00bd heure<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, versez le reste d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, la pulpe de tomates, les gousses d\u2019ail en chemise, l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, effeuillez les 2 derniers brins de thym, remuez<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez les <strong>pommes de terre<\/strong> et les<strong> patates douces<\/strong> et coupez-les en gros cubes et ajoutez-les dans le saladier, salez, poivrez et remuez<\/p>\n<p>Au bout des 30 minutes, sortez le poulet du four, retournez-le et arrosez le d\u2019un peu de jus du saladier, puis versez le contenu du saladier en le r\u00e9partissant bien tout autour.<\/p>\n<p>Remettez le plat au four pour
