{"id":884897,"date":"2017-11-07T08:45:03","date_gmt":"2017-11-07T07:45:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/?p=884897"},"modified":"2017-11-19T12:36:36","modified_gmt":"2017-11-19T11:36:36","slug":"risotto-au-saint-agur-et-blettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/?p=884897","title":{"rendered":"Risotto au Saint Agur et blettes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 6 personnes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de<strong> Riz<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.principatodilucedio.com\/francese\/prodotti_categorie.php?idC=2\">Principato di Lucedio<\/a>\u00a0 <\/strong>ou<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>un autre riz \u00e0 risotto<\/li>\n<li>500 g de <strong>blettes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>250 g de <strong>Saint Agur<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quiveutdufromage.com\/m-saint-agur\">Quiveutdufromage<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>40 g de jambon fum\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 verre de vin blanc sec<\/li>\n<li>1,2 litre de bouillon de volaille<\/li>\n<li>4 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>15 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lavez, pr\u00e9parez et coupez les feuilles de <strong>blettes<\/strong> ainsi que les c\u00f4tes, faites-les cuire 10 mn \u00e0 la vapeur, faites les revenir dans 2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, ajoutez la gousse d&rsquo;ail, salez, poivrez et laissez cuire sur feu doux<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, faites chauffez le bouillon de volaille, r\u00e9servez-le au chaud<\/p>\n<p>Dans une sauteuse, faites chauffez 2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 feu moyen, versez le <strong>riz<\/strong> et faites le revenir quelques minutes<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le vin, attendez que le vin s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore, ajoutez ensuite un peu de bouillon, remuez, couvrez, et ajoutez le bouillon petit \u00e0 petit en le laissant r\u00e9duire \u00e0 chaque fois<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le <strong>risotto<\/strong> cuit, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me, 125 g de <strong>Saint Agur<\/strong> d\u00e9taill\u00e9 en d\u00e9s, m\u00e9langez<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez les <strong>blettes<\/strong>, poivrez, m\u00e9langez \u00e0 nouveau d\u00e9licatement<\/p>\n<p>Dressez le <strong>risotto<\/strong> dans des assiettes creuses, d\u00e9posez le restant de <strong>Saint Agur<\/strong> d\u00e9taill\u00e9 en d\u00e9s et ajoutez quelques lamelles de jambon fum\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Bonne d\u00e9gustation \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-885516 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Risotto-aux-blettes-saint-agur-jambon1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"3456\" height=\"5184\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Risotto-aux-blettes-saint-agur-jambon1.jpg 3456w, https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Risotto-aux-blettes-saint-agur-jambon1-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Risotto-aux-blettes-saint-agur-jambon1-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Risotto-aux-blettes-saint-agur-jambon1-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Risotto-aux-blettes-saint-agur-jambon1-940x1410.jpg 940w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 3456px) 100vw, 3456px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Derni\u00e8rement j&rsquo;ai publi\u00e9 un article sur une bonne adresse de restaurant \u00e0 Boulogne Billancourt \u00ab\u00a0LEVAIN\u00a0\u00bb j&rsquo;y avais \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9e par L&rsquo;agence Transversal pour y d\u00e9couvrir le Saint Agur, nous avons d\u00e9gust\u00e9 des plats r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le chef Juan Arbelaez.
