\u00e9minc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>150g de <strong>chorizo<\/strong> (doux)<\/li>\n<li>2 <strong>saucisses<\/strong> (au couteau ou de Toulouse)<\/li>\n<li>1 boites de tomates concass\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>50cl de bouillon de volaille<\/li>\n<li>30g de concentr\u00e9 de tomates<\/li>\n<li>4 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 bouquet de c\u00e9leri \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 poivron vert coup\u00e9 en cubes<\/li>\n<li>1 poivron rouge coup\u00e9 en cubes<\/li>\n<li>2 oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>3 gousses d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 bouquet de persil<\/li>\n<li>20g d\u2019\u00e9pices <strong>cajun<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Origan<\/li>\n<li>Thym<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Diluez 1 cube de bouillon de volaille dans 50 cl d\u2019eau chaude<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9mincez les filets de <strong>poulet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9coupez le <strong>chorizo<\/strong> en tranches pas trop fines, puis coupez les tranches en 2 ou en 4 selon le diam\u00e8tre du chorizo<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9coupez les <strong>saucisses<\/strong> en tranches tr\u00e8s \u00e9paisses, puis coupez-les en 2<\/p>\n<p>Dans une cocotte, faites revenir le poulet \u00e0 feu vif dans 2 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive jusqu\u2019\u00e0 coloration, puis r\u00e9servez<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez 2 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive le concentr\u00e9 de tomates et l\u2019ail, et faites chauffer toujours \u00e0 feu vif, 3 mn en remuant<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez l\u2019oignon, le c\u00e9leri les poivrons le chorizo et la moiti\u00e9 des \u00e9pices<strong> cajun<\/strong>, remuez et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu moyen en remuant de temps en temps pendant 10mn<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez la viande les saucisses le persil et les tomates concass\u00e9es et laissez cuire 5 mn en remuant<\/p>\n<p>Versez le bouillon de volaille, le reste des \u00e9pices cajun, l\u2019origan et le thym, remuez et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 45mn<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Servir avec du riz blanc ou avec des pommes de terre cuites \u00e0 l\u2019eau ou \u00e0 la
