style=\"color: #800000\" href=\"http:\/\/www.panzani.fr\/produit\/spaghetti-bio\/\">panzani<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>4 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs (se sont les \u0153ufs de mes poules \ud83d\ude09 ) (gardez les demi coquilles)<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche fluide<\/li>\n<li>12 tomates cerises<\/li>\n<li>4 c\u00e0s de m\u00e9lange de graines (graines de lin, courge, s\u00e9same)<\/li>\n<li>4 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>Fleur de sel<\/li>\n<li>Poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<li>Quelques feuilles de basilic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire les spaghettis dans un grand volume d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>Lavez et coupez les tomates cerises en deux dans le sens de la longueur<\/p>\n<p>Les spaghettis cuites, \u00e9gouttez-les et passez-les sous un filet d&rsquo;eau froide, pour arr\u00eater la cuisson<\/p>\n<p>Dressez les spaghettis dans une assiette creuse, versez un peu de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche fluide, ajoutez 4 demi tomates cerises<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez au centre un jaune d\u2019\u0153uf dans sa coquille, d\u00e9posez sur le jaune un peu de fleur de sel<\/p>\n<p>Parsemez de graines, arrosez d&rsquo;un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, un tour de moulin \u00e0 poivre et d\u00e9corez
