Parfaite pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro. J&rsquo;ai voulu voir ce que cela pourrait donner cuite dans une tarte ! C&rsquo;est original et super bon \u00e7a change un peu du chorizo \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Faites revenir dans une po\u00eale le<strong> cocktail de fruits de mer<\/strong> avec l&rsquo;huile pendant 4 mn, ajoutez le 1\/2 oignon rouge cisel\u00e9, la gousse d&rsquo;ail, le persil, salez, poivrez, remuez et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu moyen 4 mn, r\u00e9servez<\/p>\n<p>faites blanchir les <strong>petits pois<\/strong><em> (pr\u00e9parez une casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e, plongez-y les petits pois, laissez cuire 3mn, \u00e9gouttez-les, puis versez-les dans un saladier rempli d&rsquo;eau froide, \u00e9gouttez-les. Ils seront croquants et garderons leur belle couleur)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Etalez la <strong>p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/strong> dans un moule \u00e0 tarte, piquez le fond avec une fourchette<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9partissez la sauce tomate sur toute la surface, versez le <strong>cocktail de fruits de mer<\/strong>, les<strong> petits pois<\/strong>, ajoutez quelques fines tranches de<strong> saucisse s\u00e8che<\/strong> et le 1\/2 oignon rouge \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Versez un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez pendant 25 mn<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img
