c\u00e0s d&rsquo;herbes de Provence<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0s de graines de pavot<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<li>1 jaune d&rsquo;oeuf + 1 c\u00e0c d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>Quelques feuilles de basilic frais<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Etalez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur une plaque de cuisson, badigeonnez-la de jaune d\u2019\u0153uf\/eau<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, fouettez la ricotta, ajoutez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, la gousse d&rsquo;ail, salez, poivrez, m\u00e9langez<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9partissez le m\u00e9lange ricotta sur toute la surface de la p\u00e2te, puis \u00e9talez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe la sauce
