citron vert<\/li>\n<li>500ml de lait de coco<\/li>\n<li>80cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche liquide<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0s de curry jaune (type masala)<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0s de safran<\/li>\n<li>2 c\u00e0s de sauce soja sal\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0s de gros sel, sel fin , poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<li>Quelques feuilles de coriandre fraiche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #800000\">Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Faites mariner la viande pendant 20 mn dans le jus du citron vert, le gros sel, et un peu de poivre<\/p>\n<p>Faites suer les oignons rouges \u00e9minc\u00e9s dans une po\u00eale avec un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le curry, le safran, m\u00e9langez le tout sur feu vif<\/p>\n<p>Baissez le feu, ajoutez le lait de coco, la cr\u00e8me et le soja, remuez<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez les carottes coup\u00e9es en petits cubes, les petits pois, salez, poivrez et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 15mn en remuant de temps en temps<\/p>\n<p>Faites revenir la viande de chaque cot\u00e9 dans une grande po\u00eale avec un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que la viande est bien dor\u00e9e, coupez de belles tranches assez \u00e9paisses, ajoutez les morceaux dans la pr\u00e9paration, laissez cuire le tout pendant 20 \u00e0 30mn, suivant la cuisson d\u00e9sir\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir, d\u00e9posez quelques feuilles de coriandre et accompagnez le filet mignon de riz
