Je suis fan des morilles fra\u00eeches \u00ab\u00a0un petit go\u00fbt de noisette et de viande\u00a0\u00bb \ud83d\ude09 c&rsquo;est \u00e0 tomber\u00a0\u2665<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 6 personnes:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>6 c\u00f4tes de veau <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>70 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>40 cl de vin blanc<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>40 cl de bouillon de volaille<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 c\u00e0s de beurre<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile Isio 4<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>500 g de morilles fra\u00eeches <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>4 \u00e9chalotes<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Sel<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Poivre noir du moulin<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Quelques pluches de persil plat<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\">Pour la marinade:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>4 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile Isio 4<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 c\u00e0s de thym<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>3 oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 gousses d\u2019ail hach\u00e9es<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 c\u00e0c de gingembre moulu<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Sel, poivre noir du moulin<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #800000\">Pr\u00e9parez la marinade: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n\u00c9mincez les oignons et les gousses d&rsquo;ail (retirez le germe de celles-ci)<br \/>\nDans un grand plat \u00e0 gratin, faites mariner les c\u00f4tes de veau pendant 1 heure avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #800000;text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\nLavez les morilles, essuyez-les avec du papier absorbant, coupez les en 2<br \/>\nFaites suer les \u00e9chalotes cisel\u00e9es dans une po\u00eale avec le beurre, (les \u00e9chalotes ne doivent pas colorer) ajoutez les morilles, la moiti\u00e9 du bouillon de volaille et la cr\u00e8me, puis laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la sauce \u00e9paississe<\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire les c\u00f4tes de veau dans une po\u00eale avec l&rsquo;huile, baissez le feu et laissez-les cuire environ 10 mn<br \/>\nRetirez-les du feu et r\u00e9servez-les au chaud<br \/>\nD\u00e9glacez le jus de cuisson avec le vin blanc, et le reste de bouillon de volaille, laissez r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9<br \/>\nD\u00e9posez les c\u00f4tes de veau dans la po\u00eale pendant 2\/3 mn pour les r\u00e9chauffer.<\/p>\n<p>Dressez les c\u00f4tes de veau dans de jolies assiettes et nappez-les de sauce aux morilles<br \/>\nParsemez d&rsquo;une pluche de persil plat<br \/>\nVous pouvez les accompagner de pommes de terre vapeur \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Bon app\u00e9tit \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6407\" src=\"https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/morille.jpg\" alt=\"morille\" width=\"1000\" height=\"1500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/morille.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/morille-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/morille-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/morille-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/morille-940x1410.jpg 940w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La saison est ouverte les morilles sont sur les \u00e9tals des march\u00e9s, alors profitons-en !
