Ajoutez au centre l\u2019eau, le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, le sel. M\u00e9langez l\u2019ensemble et <span style=\"color:#800000\">fraisez*<\/span> 2 fois la p\u00e2te. Filmez la p\u00e2te et r\u00e9servez au frais<br \/>\nR\u00e9alisez l\u2019appareil \u00e0 cr\u00e8me prise sal\u00e9:<br \/>\nM\u00e9langez au fouet dans un saladier \u0153ufs, jaunes,lait, cr\u00e8me liquide, salez, poivrez.
