style=\"color:#800000;text-decoration:underline\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\nFaites fondre au bain-marie, le chocolat ainsi que le beurre<br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#800000\">Blanchissez*<\/span> les \u0153ufs avec le sucre<br \/>\nAjoutez la ma\u00efzena, puis l&rsquo;appareil chocolat\/beurre<br \/>\nM\u00e9langez bien le tout<br \/>\nVersez l&rsquo;appareil dans des petits moules beurr\u00e9s, remplissez-les \u00e0 moiti\u00e9<br \/>\nAjoutez un petit carr\u00e9 de chocolat, puis versez le reste de l&rsquo;appareil<br \/>\nEnfournez pour 12mn \u00e0 190\u00b0C<br \/>\nAu moment de servir saupoudrez d&rsquo;\u00e9clats de pistaches<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br bouillir le restant de lait<br \/>\nPuis ajoutez le premier appareil lait\/jaunes\/sucre sur le reste de lait bouillant, \u00e0 feu doux, remuez sans cesse avec une spatule<br \/>\nPour v\u00e9rifier que la cr\u00e8me est pr\u00eate, passez votre doigt sur la spatule si une nappe se forme (c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire que la cr\u00e8me ne coule pas sur la cuill\u00e8re, elle est pr\u00eate)<br \/>\nPassez la cr\u00e8me anglaise au<span style=\"color:#800000\"> chinois*<\/span>, puis r\u00e9servez-la film\u00e9e au frais<\/p>\n<p><span
