Ajouter au centre l&rsquo;eau, le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, le sel et le sucre. M\u00e9langer l&rsquo;ensemble et<strong> fraiser*<\/strong> 2 fois la p\u00e2te. Filmer la p\u00e2te et r\u00e9server au frais.<br \/>\nR\u00e9aliser l&rsquo;appareil \u00e0 cr\u00e8me prise sucr\u00e9e<br \/>\nM\u00e9langer au fouet dans un saladier \u0153ufs, jaunes, sucre,lait, cr\u00e8me liquide et vanille. Passer l&rsquo;appareil \u00e0 cr\u00e8me prise sucr\u00e9 au <strong>chinois \u00e9tamine*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><span style=\"color:#800000;text-decoration:underline\">Monter et cuire la tarte:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\nD\u00e9couper les pommes en lamelle de 1cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur, beurrer et <strong>foncer*<\/strong> le cercle \u00e0 tarte. Garnir le fond de la tarte avec une rosace de pommes. Placer la tarte sur une plaque \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du four, verser l&rsquo;appareil \u00e0 cr\u00e8me prise presque jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ras bords du cercle<br \/>\nEnfourner la tarte 20mn \u00e0 200\u00b0C. D\u00e9cercler et la cuire 15mn de plus<br \/>\nD\u00e9barrasser la tarte sur une grille ou sur un plat et saupoudrer de sucre glace<br \/>\nc&rsquo;est pr\u00eat \ud83d\ude42 bonne gourmandise<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><span style=\"color:#800000;text-decoration:underline\">Vocabulaire l&rsquo;homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser<br \/>\n<strong>*Chinois \u00e9tamine:<\/strong> Est une passoire de forme conique servant \u00e0 passer des fonds, sauces<br \/>\n<strong>*Foncer:<\/strong> Placer une
