Ajouter au centre l\u2019eau, le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, le sel. M\u00e9langer l\u2019ensemble et <strong>fraiser*<\/strong> 2 fois la p\u00e2te. Filmer la p\u00e2te et r\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#800000\">Pr\u00e9parer la garniture:<\/span><br \/>\n\u00c9mincer finement les oignons (en r\u00e9server un pour la pr\u00e9sentation)<br \/>\nCuire au beurre les oignons pendant 30 minutes environ<br \/>\nRemuer fr\u00e9quemment afin d&rsquo;obtenir une coloration blonde et uniforme<br \/>\n\u00c9liminer la couenne ainsi que les cartilages de la poitrine fum\u00e9e et la d\u00e9tailler en tranches fines<br \/>\nD\u00e9tailler les tranches ainsi obtenues en lamelles de 2 cm de longueur<br \/>\nSauter rapidement \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile les lamelles de poitrine fum\u00e9e sans les dess\u00e9cher, puis les \u00e9goutter<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n-Beurrer et<strong> foncer*<\/strong> le cercle \u00e0 tarte<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><span style=\"color:#800000;text-decoration:underline\">R\u00e9aliser l\u2019appareil \u00e0 cr\u00e8me prise sal\u00e9:<\/span><\/span><br \/>\nM\u00e9langer au fouet dans un saladier \u0153ufs, jaunes,lait, cr\u00e8me liquide, saler, poivrer. Passer l\u2019appareil \u00e0 cr\u00e8me prise sal\u00e9 au chinois <strong>\u00e9tamine*<\/strong><br \/>\nR\u00e9partir les oignons et la poitrine fum\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du fond de tarte<br \/>\nVerser l&rsquo;appareil sur la garniture, le verser \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du four au moment d&rsquo;enfourner<br \/>\nD\u00e9tailler l&rsquo;oignon r\u00e9serv\u00e9 en rondelles tr\u00e8s fines<br \/>\nLes disposer harmonieusement en surface<br \/>\nCuire \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 30\/35mn environ<br \/>\nRetirer le cercle 5 mn avant la fin de la cuisson afin de colorer la p\u00e2te (la dorer \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uf entier \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau)<\/p>\n<p>Dresser votre tarte \u00e0 l&rsquo;oignon sur un plat, elle est pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre
