Mettre le sablage en fontaine. Ajouter au centre l&rsquo;eau, le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, le sel et le sucre. M\u00e9langer l&rsquo;ensemble et fraiser 2 fois la p\u00e2te. Filmer le p\u00e2ton* et le raffermir au frais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><span style=\"color:#993300;text-decoration:underline\"> R\u00e9aliser l&rsquo;appareil* \u00e0 cr\u00e8me prise sucr\u00e9 :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> M\u00e9langer au fouet dans une calotte \u0153ufs, jaunes, sucre, lait, cr\u00e8me et vanille. Passer l&rsquo;appareil \u00e0 cr\u00e8me prise sucr\u00e9 au chinois \u00e9tamine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><span style=\"color:#993300;text-decoration:underline\">R\u00e9alisation des pommes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de marrons:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#808080\">\u00c9plucher et d\u00e9couper les pommes en lamelles de 1 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et faites-les revenir pendant 5mn \u00e0 feu doux avec la cr\u00e8me de marrons<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#993300\">Abaisser* et cuire la tarte:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\">A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau, abaisser la p\u00e2te<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> Beurrer et foncer* le cercle \u00e0 tarte. Garnir le fond de la tarte avec une rosace de pommes aux marrons. Placer la tarte sur une plaque \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du four. Versez l&rsquo;appareil \u00e0 cr\u00e8me prise presque jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ras bord du cercle<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> Enfourner la tarte environ 20mn \u00e0 200\u00b0C.
