oignon<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#bd5e1e\"> <em>2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#bd5e1e\"> <em>1\/2 c\u00e0c de noix de muscade<\/em><\/span><br style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#800000\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez le butternut, d\u00e9bitez-le en gros cubes<br \/>\n\u00c9pluchez l\u2019oignon et coupez le en 4<br \/>\n\u00c9pluchez les 2 gousses d\u2019ail<br \/>\nFaites les cuire \u00e0 la vapeur 20mn<\/p>\n<p>Versez l\u2019eau dans un blender, ajoutez le butternut, l\u2019ail et l\u2019oignon, mixez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019un velout\u00e9 homog\u00e8ne<\/p>\n<p>Versez le velout\u00e9 dans une casserole, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, la noix muscade, salez, poivre du moulin, remuez et faites chauffer \u00e0 feu doux<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9coupez le jambon en petites lani\u00e8res, faites-les rissoler 3mn dans 1 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<br \/>\nServez le velout\u00e9
