Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition en \u00e9cumant de temps en temps, ajoutez les oignons piqu\u00e9s des clous de girofle, le bouquet garni et du poivre en grains. Couvrez aux 3\/4 et laissez mijoter 2h<br \/>\nCoupez le chou en deux, \u00f4tez le trognon, et plongez-le 7 mn dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante, rafra\u00eechissez et \u00e9gouttez<br \/>\nPelez les carottes, les navets, et les pommes de terre.
