pour 6 personnes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 courgettes<\/li>\n<li>2 aubergines<\/li>\n<li>5 pommes de terre<\/li>\n<li>4 tomates<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon rouge<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>50 cl de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>Origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Herbe de Provence<\/li>\n<li>Quelques pluches de persil plat<\/li>\n<li>Fleur de sel<\/li>\n<li>Poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lavez et d\u00e9taillez tous les l\u00e9gumes en rondelles d&rsquo;environ 1\/2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez et d\u00e9taillez les pommes de terre et l&rsquo;oignon rouge en rondelles de la m\u00eame \u00e9paisseur<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez et hachez l&rsquo;ail<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Dans deux grandes po\u00eales avec l&rsquo;huile, faites revenir 10 mn tous les l\u00e9gumes avec l&rsquo;ail<\/p>\n<p>Disposez tout les ingr\u00e9dients en rang dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, recouvrez de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes chaud (j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 du bouillon pour qu&rsquo;il soit moins sec et donc plus fondant)<\/p>\n<p>Saupoudrez d&rsquo;herbes de Provence, d&rsquo;origan, de fleur de sel et de quelques tours de moulin \u00e0 poivre<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez le Tian de l\u00e9gumes pendant 50 mn<\/p>\n<p>A mi cuisson, recouvrez le Tian d&rsquo;une plaque de cuisson au autre pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;il ne br\u00fble<\/p>\n<p>Au
