personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>1 petit sachet de mesclun<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 saumon cru<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2 pommes de terre<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 oignon rouge <\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9e <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>le jus d&rsquo;1 citron jaune<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 c\u00e0s de graines de s\u00e9same au wasabi<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 c\u00e0s de vinaigre pulpe de framboise\u00a0<span #800000\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Coupez le saumon en petits cubes et faites le mariner 30mn avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients cit\u00e9s ci-dessus + 1\/4 de l&rsquo;oignon rouge \u00e9minc\u00e9<br \/>\nEpluchez 2 pommes de terre et faites les cuire \u00e0 la vapeur 20mn<br \/>\nUne fois les pommes de terre refroidies, coupez-les en rondelles pas trop fines, salez-les<br \/>\nSur une assiette, d\u00e9posez quelques feuilles de mesclun, puis sur une rondelle de pommes de terre, d\u00e9posez un peu de saumon, une fine tranche d&rsquo;oignon rouge, r\u00e9p\u00e9tez l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration, versez sur le top un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color:
