La recette ci-dessous est inspir\u00e9e d&rsquo;un plat que nous avons d\u00e9gust\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;une d&rsquo;entre elles.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color:#008080\">\u2666<\/span><span style=\"color:#808000\">\u2666<\/span><span style=\"color:#008080\">\u2666 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u2666<span style=\"color:#808000\">\u2666<\/span>\u2666 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u2666<span style=\"color:#808000\">\u2666<\/span>\u2666 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u2666<span style=\"color:#808000\">\u2666<\/span>\u2666 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u2666<span style=\"color:#808000\">\u2666<\/span>\u2666 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u2666<span style=\"color:#808000\">\u2666<\/span>\u2666 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u2666<span style=\"color:#808000\">\u2666<\/span>\u2666 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u2666<span style=\"color:#808000\">\u2666<\/span>\u2666<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#008080\">Pour 4 personnes:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#808000\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#003366\"><strong><em>3 avocats bien m\u00fbrs<\/em><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#003366\"><strong> <em> 1 sachet \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices pour guacamole\u00a0\u00bb (Old El Paso)<\/em><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#003366\"><strong> <em> 250g de t\u00eates et pattes de calmar (magasin picard, que vous aurez pr\u00e9alablement d\u00e9congel\u00e9es)<\/em><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#003366\"><strong> <em> 1\/4 de concombre d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en cubes<\/em><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#003366\"><strong> <em> 2 citrons verts<\/em><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#003366\"><strong> <em> 1 citron jaune<\/em><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#003366\"><strong> <em> 1 oignon rouge<\/em><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#003366\"><strong> <em> 1 gousse d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#003366\"><strong> <em> Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/em><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#003366\"><strong> <em> Sel, poivre noir du moulin<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#008080\">Pour la d\u00e9co des assiettes :<\/span><br \/>\n1 cercle emporte pi\u00e8ce rond&#8230;.<br \/>\nCr\u00e8me balsamique (avec un bec verseur)<br \/>\n1 Pic en bois<br \/>\nQuelques tiges de ciboulette fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#808000\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><br \/>\nOuvrir les avocats en deux retirez les noyaux, \u00e9pluchez-les<br \/>\nDans un saladier, \u00e9crasez les avocats \u00e0 la fourchette, ajoutez le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices pour guacamole, ainsi que le jus d&rsquo;un citron vert, remuez bien le tout, r\u00e9servez<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#808000\">Pr\u00e9parez une vinaigrette :<\/span><br \/>\nDans un bol, versez 4 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le jus des citrons jaune et vert, la gousse d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9e, salez, poivrez, remuez bien le tout.<br \/>\nVersez-en la moiti\u00e9 dans un saladier puis d\u00e9posez les calmars, remuez bien et laissez mariner pendant 30mn<br \/>\nDans une sauteuse, versez 2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, une fois l&rsquo;huile bien chaude, d\u00e9posez les calmars, faites les revenir 5 mn, r\u00e9servez<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#008080\">Dressage:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9posez au centre d&rsquo;une jolie assiette assez large, le cercle.
