vanill\u00e9<br \/>\n80 g de poudre d\u2019amandes<br \/>\nSel<br \/>\n500 g de fromage \u00ab\u00a0Philadelphia\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n100 g de fromage blanc 0%<br \/>\n100 g de sucre poudre blanc<br \/>\nExtrait de vanille liquide<br \/>\n2 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n120 g de framboises surgel\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 150\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Beurrez et farinez un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re<br \/>\nR\u00e9duisez les biscuits petits \u00ab\u00a0LU\u00a0\u00bb en poudre<br \/>\nFaites fondre le beurre au micro-ondes et ajoutez-le \u00e0 la poudre de biscuits<br \/>\nM\u00e9langez le tout puis versez dans le moule avec une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 dans le fond<br \/>\nTassez \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe<br \/>\nR\u00e9servez au frais 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Travaillez le beurre mou \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette<br \/>\nAjoutez la farine, le sucre cassonade, le sucre vanill\u00e9, la poudre d\u2019amandes, 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel.<br \/>\nM\u00e9langez \u00e0 la fourchette puis avec les doigts pour former une grosse boule<br \/>\nR\u00e9servez au frais 25 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Fouettez le fromage \u00ab\u00a0Philadelphia\u00a0\u00bb avec le fromage blanc, le sucre et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019extrait de vanille, ajoutez un \u00e0 un les \u0153ufs en m\u00e9langeant bien entre les deux.<br \/>\nVersez cette pr\u00e9paration dans le moule et lissez bien la surface \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9partissez les framboises surgel\u00e9es sur toute la surface en \u00e9vitant les bords puis couvrez de p\u00e2tes \u00e0 crumble<\/p>\n<p>Mettez au four pendant 50 minutes \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson mettre sur la position grill 2,3 minutes pour dorer
