style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#993300\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\">Lavez et coupez les aubergines en petits cubes ainsi les pommes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\">Versez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une grande sauteuse ou un wok, ajoutez y les aubergines et les pommes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\">Faites-les revenir 5 mn sur feu vif, ajoutez l&rsquo;ail puis la sauce tomate aux c\u00e8pes, ainsi que la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide, remuez bien le tout et laissez mijoter quelques instants<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\">Ajoutez le jus du citron vert, l&rsquo;origan, salez, poivrez, remuez de nouveau et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feux doux couvert pendant 1 h30 en remuant de temps en temps, les aubergines et les pommes doivent \u00eatre fondantes une fois cuites, vous pouvez ajouter un verre d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 mi-cuisson si vous jugez que le m\u00e9lange est trop sec (la r\u00e9duction peut effectivement absorber toute la sauce)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\">Vous pouvez servir cette po\u00eal\u00e9e d&rsquo;aubergines et de pommes en accompagnement de p\u00e2tes de riz ou de grillades c&rsquo;est excellent !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><br
