l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>1 boite (400g) de tomates pel\u00e9es en cubes<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e0 3 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Assaisonnement :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 c\u00e0c de cumin<\/li>\n<li>1 c\u00e0c paprika doux<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de piment de cayenne<\/li>\n<li>2 c\u00e0c d\u2019ail moulu (ou 2 gousses d\u2019ail frais hach\u00e9es)<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration du chili:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir le steak \u00e9miett\u00e9 et le moiti\u00e9 des \u00e9pices dans une sauteuse avec 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 coloration.<\/p>\n<p>Otez le steak et faites revenir l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 en ajoutant 1 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive si n\u00e9cessaire, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 coloration.<\/p>\n<p>Versez le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, ajoutez le steak, les haricots et le ma\u00efs rinc\u00e9s, le poivron rouge, les tomates pel\u00e9es, r\u00e9duisez le feu et faites mijoter \u00bd heure.<\/p>\n<p>Salez, ajoutez le reste d\u2019\u00e9pices et continuez la cuisson au moins 2 heures, plus c\u2019est long, plus c\u2019est bon.<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir, ceux qui le souhaitent peuvent ajouter du Tabasco, du piment de Cayenne ou de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p>Accompagnez le chili de riz
