blanc<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>2 feuilles de laurier<\/li>\n<li>2 brins de thym<\/li>\n<li>10 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>1 L de bouillon de volaille<\/li>\n<li>3 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Epluchez et ciselez les oignons.<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez et taillez les carottes en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une cocotte avec l\u2019huile, faites colorer les tranches de jarret sur chaque face, salez, poivrez.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9servez les tranches de jarret sur une assiette.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la m\u00eame cocotte, faites revenir les oignons et les carottes.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9glacez avec le vin blanc, ajoutez la farine, la gousse d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9e, la pur\u00e9e de tomates, le thym, le laurier et le concentr\u00e9 de tomates.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9posez les tranches de jarret dans la cocotte, puis ajoutez le bouillon de volaille chaud.<\/p>\n<p>Faite
