meringue une poche munie d&rsquo;une douille plate de 1\/2 cm<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\">Sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier cuisson, dressez un grand disque de meringue, en formant une spirale<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\">Baissez la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 110\u00b0C et enfournez la meringue<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\">Faites-la cuire 1h30, puis \u00e9teignez le four, coincez une cuill\u00e8re en bois dans la porte et laissez la meringue refroidir 3 heures<\/span><br \/>\n<span
