(600g)<\/li>\n<li>7 figues<\/li>\n<li>20 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel de fleurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour le crumble:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>100 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>100 g de beurre pommade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quelques feuilles de menthe pour la d\u00e9coration<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9parez le crumble :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine, le sucre, le beurre pommade et formez une boule<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9posez puis \u00e9talez celle-ci sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, recouvrez ensuite la p\u00e2te\u00a0d\u2019un autre papier sulfuris\u00e9 et \u00e9talez la \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez la p\u00e2te \u00e0\u00a0crumble \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 15mn, laissez-la refroidir, puis r\u00e9servez-la au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 1 heure<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la p\u00e2te \u00e0 crumble correctement refroidie, \u00e9miettez-la dans un saladier \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pilon, ou du bout d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie<\/p>\n<p>Lavez les figues, coupez les en 4, r\u00e9servez-en 4 quartiers pour la d\u00e9coration<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale faites fondre le beurre, ajoutez 6 figues coup\u00e9es en 4, \u00a0laissez confire \u00e0 feu doux 20 mn en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ajoutez \u00a0le miel, remuez<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Dressez les verrines:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9partissez un peu de crumble dans chaque verrine, ajoutez un yaourt grec, recouvrez de confit de figues et d\u00e9corez d&rsquo;un quartier de figue et d&rsquo;une
