Ajoutez au centre l\u2019eau, le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, le sel et le sucre<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez l\u2019ensemble, formez une boule de p\u00e2te,\u00a0filmez et r\u00e9servez au frais<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez au fouet dans un saladier \u0153ufs, jaunes, sucre,lait, cr\u00e8me liquide et vanille<\/p>\n<p>Etalez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie puis d\u00e9posez-la dans un moule \u00e0 tarte beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Lavez et d\u00e9taillez les pommes en lamelles<\/p>\n<p>Garnissez le fond de la tarte avec une rosace de pommes.
