cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche enti\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>100 g de mascarpone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pour la nougatine:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>70 g \u00a0d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration de la mousse de fraises :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mixez 200 g de fraises, afin d&rsquo;obtenir un coulis, ( r\u00e9servez 4 c\u00e0s de coulis pour la d\u00e9co)<\/p>\n<p>Montez la cr\u00e8me en chantilly avec le mascarpone, ajoutez progressivement le coulis de fraises, \u00a0m\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement, versez le m\u00e9lange dans les verrines, r\u00e9servez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration de la nougatine :<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"c-recipe-steps__item js-popin-pap u-pointer\">\n<div class=\"c-recipe-steps__item-content\">\n<p>Mettez dans une casserole le sucre et l&rsquo;eau, faites chauffer sur feu fort, ne remuez pas<br \/>\nAttendez que le sucre se caram\u00e9lise, ajoutez les amandes, retirez du feu et remuez bien<\/p>\n<p>Versez la pr\u00e9paration sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9, recouvrez avec une deuxi\u00e8me feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Etalez la nougatine \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et laissez refroidir<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9corez les mousses, de coulis de fraises , de\u00a0nougatine cass\u00e9e en petits
