poudre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Pr\u00e9paration du <strong>cheesecake<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9duisez les biscuits en poudre<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, faites fondre le beurre, ajoutez-le aux biscuits, m\u00e9langez bien<\/p>\n<p>Versez la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re, tassez bien \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe<\/p>\n<p>Placez au frais 20 mn<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps dans un saladier, fouettez les 2 fromages, ajoutez le sucre, puis ajoutez un \u00e0 un les \u0153ufs, m\u00e9langez bien<\/p>\n<p>Versez cette pr\u00e9paration dans le moule et lissez bien la surface<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez le cheesecake pendant 45 mn<\/p>\n<p>Laissez-le refroidir puis placez-le une nuit au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9moulez le cheesecake et d\u00e9corez-le de framboises<\/p>\n<p><u>Astuce\u00a0:<\/u> (pour r\u00e9duire les biscuits en poudre, mettez les dans un sachet de
