d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>6 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>Quelques brins de persil plat<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines (courges, tournesol, pignons de pin et baies de goji) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sun-fruitssecs.com\"><strong>S<\/strong>un-fruitssecs<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lavez et coupez la queue des champignons, d\u00e9taillez-les en fines lamelles<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez et \u00e9mincez l\u2019oignon rouge<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez et hachez la gousse d\u2019ail<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer une po\u00eale avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, faites revenir les lamelles de champignons, l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail pendant 10 mn \u00e0 feu moyen, en remuant de temps en temps<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, fouettez les \u0153ufs en omelette, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me, le persil cisel\u00e9, et deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines, salez, poivrez, m\u00e9langez<\/p>\n<p>Versez la pr\u00e9paration sur les champignons et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu moyen couvert pendant 15
