\u00e9mond\u00e9es (\u00e9cras\u00e9es)<br \/>\n1\/2 sachet de levure chimique<br \/>\n2 oeufs<br \/>\n100g de beurre ramolli, coup\u00e9 en petits d\u00e9s, pr\u00e9voyez 15g de plus pour le moule<br \/>\n5cl de lait<br \/>\n1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<br \/>\n1\/2 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<br \/>\n1 c\u00e0s de cacao amer en poudre<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#99cc00\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 210\u00b0C<br \/>\nFouettez le beurre et le sucre, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse et devienne mousseux<br \/>\nCassez les \u0153ufs en s\u00e9parant les blancs des jaunes<br \/>\nIncorporez les jaunes au m\u00e9lange beurre\/sucre puis ajoutez petit \u00e0 petit le lait, remuez doucement<br \/>\nM\u00e9langez la farine et la levure dans un bol puis incorporez-les petit \u00e0 petit dans la p\u00e2te<br \/>\nAjoutez la pinc\u00e9e de sel dans les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs et montez-les en neige bien ferme<br \/>\nR\u00e9partissez la p\u00e2te dans deux bols, versez le sucr\u00e9 vanill\u00e9 dans le premier et incorporez le cacao amer en poudre dans le deuxi\u00e8me<br \/>\nAjoutez d\u00e9licatement la moiti\u00e9 des blancs en neige dans la pr\u00e9paration sucre vanill\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule, remuez doucement<br \/>\nFaites de m\u00eame avec le reste des blancs en neige dans la p\u00e2te au chocolat<br \/>\nBeurrez un moule \u00e0 cake et farinez-le, versez une premi\u00e8re couche de p\u00e2te sucre vanill\u00e9, puis une couche de p\u00e2te au chocolat, alternez avec le reste de la p\u00e2te<br \/>\nCreusez une petite chemin\u00e9e au milieu du marbr\u00e9 et ajoutez-y la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de pistache<br \/>\nEnfournez pendant 10mn, puis baissez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C et laissez cuire encore 20mn<\/p>\n<p>Bonne d\u00e9gustation \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><a
