underline\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 6 personnes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de<strong> biscuits<\/strong> (type petits beurre)<\/li>\n<li>120 g de beurre + 10 g pour le moule<\/li>\n<li>4 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>120 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>250 g de Ricotta<\/li>\n<li>250 g de fromage frais<\/li>\n<li>30 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<li>4 citrons verts + 1 pour la d\u00e9coration<\/li>\n<li>10 feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeche + quelques une pour la d\u00e9coration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9duisez les biscuits en poudre, ajoutez le beurre fondu, m\u00e9langez afin d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne<\/p>\n<p>Etalez et tassez la p\u00e2te de biscuit dans le fond d&rsquo;un moule amovible beurr\u00e9, r\u00e9servez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, fouettez les oeufs avec le sucre, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez la Ricotta, le fromage frais, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, les feuilles de menthe hach\u00e9es et le jus des citrons verts, m\u00e9langez bien l&rsquo;ensemble afin d&rsquo;obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne<\/p>\n<p>Versez la pr\u00e9paration sur la p\u00e2te de biscuit<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez pendant 50 mn<\/p>\n<p>Laissez refroidir le <strong>cheesecake<\/strong> avant de le d\u00e9mouler<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir, d\u00e9corez le
