Je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9nich\u00e9 chez mon mara\u00eecher<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est un radis, croquant, doux avec un go\u00fbt qui rappelle celui du radis noir mais sans le piquant et avec un l\u00e9ger\u00a0go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est un l\u00e9gume tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9\u00a0en cuisine asiatique, le radis sert \u00e0 garnir de nombreux plats, soit cru, soit marin\u00e9 en saumure. Il peut aussi \u00eatre finement r\u00e2p\u00e9 et ajout\u00e9 comme condiment ou comme \u00e9l\u00e9ment de sauce. Riche en vitamine C, en fibres et en amylase, il favorise une bonne digestion. Ses feuilles comportent de nombreux min\u00e9raux et vitamines.
