br\u00fbl\u00e9es :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#808080\">50 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche enti\u00e8re liquide<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> 50 g de gingembre frais hach\u00e9<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> 60 ml de miel<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> 6 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> 7 c\u00e0c de sucre cassonade<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> 1 chalumeau<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff\">\u222a<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><span style=\"color:#800000;text-decoration:underline\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\">Plongez le gingembre 30 secondes dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante, \u00e9gouttez-le.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> Versez la cr\u00e8me dans la casserole rinc\u00e9e et chauffez-la doucement, elle ne doit pas bouillir<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> Ajoutez le gingembre et \u00e9teignez le feu, couvrez et laissez reposez le tout 40 minutes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 140\u00b0C<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> M\u00e9langez ensemble le miel et les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs, puis avec une petite passoire filtrez la cr\u00e8me au gingembre et versez-la sur le m\u00e9lange, fouettez pour bien m\u00e9langer, puis versez la pr\u00e9paration dans un r\u00e9cipient avec un bec verseur<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> Disposez 4 ramequins dans un grand plat \u00e0 four et versez dans chacun d&rsquo;eux un quart de cr\u00e8me, ajoutez de l&rsquo;eau bouillante \u00e0 mi-hauteur du plat<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> Cuisez environ 40 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les cr\u00e8mes br\u00fbl\u00e9es prennent, elles doivent bouger l\u00e9g\u00e8rement<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> Laissez-les refroidir , puis r\u00e9servez-les au frais 2 heures<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> Saupoudrez de sucre cassonade chaque cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, puis \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un chalumeau, faites fondre le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il caram\u00e9lise<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080\"> Laissez reposez les cr\u00e8mes quelques minutes, puis r\u00e9servez-les de nouveau au frais pendant 2 heures pour que le caramel durcisse<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><span
