vert<\/li>\n<li>Quelques pluches de coriandre fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>4 c\u00e0s\u00a0 de p\u00e2te Korma<\/li>\n<li>50 g d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>2 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mettez l\u2019agneau \u00e0 mariner dans 20cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche m\u00e9lang\u00e9e avec 2 c\u00e0s de p\u00e2te Korma pendant 1h<\/p>\n<p>Faites dorer les amandes effil\u00e9es 3 mn dans une po\u00eale<\/p>\n<p>Faites revenir l\u2019oignon, l\u2019ail et 1 c\u00e0s de p\u00e2te Korma dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive pendant 5 mn<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez l\u2019agneau et laissez cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 absorption de la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 feu vif 10 mn, puis laissez colorer encore 5 mn<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le reste de cr\u00e8me, les amandes en poudre et 1 c\u00e0s de p\u00e2te Korma<\/p>\n<p>Remuez et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 15mn<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le jus de citron vert, la coriandre, les amandes
