balsamique<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<li>Quelques brins de ciboulette<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lavez et coupez les figues en 8<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez, \u00e9mincez l&rsquo;oignon et faites le suer dans l&rsquo;huile, sans le colorer, pendant 5mn<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez les morceaux de figues, le sucre, le vinaigre, salez, poivrez et laissez compoter sur feu doux, couvert, pendant 30 mn en remuant de temps en temps<\/p>\n<p>Coupez la baguette en fines rondelles, faites-les griller dans un toaster ou au four<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9posez un morceau de viande des grisons sur chaque rondelle et ajoutez une belle cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de chutney de figues, parsemez de ciboulette
