: d\u00e9posez dans un moule une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e avec son papier de cuisson piquez-la \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette, d\u00e9posez dessus une feuille de papier de cuisson d\u00e9coup\u00e9e de la taille du moule, recouvrir de riz ou d&rsquo;haricots secs, (pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne gonfle), passez au four 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Laissez refroidir, retirez la feuille de papier cuisson et le riz<\/p>\n<p>Fouettez 125 g de fromage frais type St Mor\u00eat, m\u00e9langez-le \u00e0 20 cl de cr\u00e8me Brid\u00e9lice \u00e0 18%, ajoutez 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel liquide<\/p>\n<p>Etalez la cr\u00e8me sur la p\u00e2te<br \/>\nD\u00e9posez harmonieusement les figues en quartiers (ce n&rsquo;est pas encore la saison des figues, \u00a0je les ai trouv\u00e9es chez \u00ab\u00a0Picard\u00a0\u00bb \u00a0(\u00e0 d\u00e9congeler 1 heure avant)<\/p>\n<p>Passez au four 25 \u00e0 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir rajouter un filet de cr\u00e8me Brid\u00e9lice, quelques feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p>Personnellement je sers cette tarte en entr\u00e9e accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;un mesclun, mais elle peut \u00eatre servie en
