de\u00a0poulet<\/span><\/p>\n<p>8 aubergines tha\u00ef (elles sont toutes petites), ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut une belle aubergine<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00e9chalotes<\/p>\n<p>40 cl de lait de coco<\/p>\n<p>2 c\u00e0s de p\u00e2te de curry jaune<\/p>\n<p>2 c\u00e0s de sauce de poisson (nam pla)<\/p>\n<p>1 c\u00e0s de sucre de palme<\/p>\n<p>1 c\u00e0s de basilic tha\u00ef<\/p>\n<p>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #800000\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Epluchez et \u00e9mincez les \u00e9chalotes<\/p>\n<p>Emincez le poulet<\/p>\n<p>Versez un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans un wok (ou une grande po\u00eale) mettez sur feu vif<\/p>\n<p>Faites revenir les \u00e9chalotes, puis ajoutez la p\u00e2te de curry, remuez et laissez cuire encore 2\/3 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Versez le lait de coco, la sauce de poisson, le sucre, m\u00e9langez bien et laissez mijoter quelques minutes \u00e0 feu plus doux, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne onctueux<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez<span style=\"color: #000000\"> le poulet les aubergines et\u00a0<\/span>le basilic tha\u00ef, m\u00e9langez et faites cuire
