class=\"separator\">200g de cubes de tomates<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">1 \u00e9chalote hach\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">2 tiges de ciboule<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">2 c\u00e0s de farine<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">2 dl de vin blanc<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">1 bouillon cube de boeuf<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">1 gousse d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#99cc00\">Pr\u00e9paration <\/span><span style=\"color:#99cc00\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">Dans une cocotte, faites revenir les morceaux de viandes 10 mn dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 coloration<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">Ajoutez l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et une tige de ciboule d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en fines rondelles, ajoutez la farine, le vin blanc, les cubes de tomates, l&rsquo;ail, salez et poivrez<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">Laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux couvert pendant 2h<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\">Au moment de servir coupez la tige de ciboule restante et parsemez-en la viande<\/p>\n<p
