{"id":1653,"date":"2014-11-01T18:22:20","date_gmt":"2014-11-01T17:22:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/?p=1653"},"modified":"2016-12-12T15:46:47","modified_gmt":"2016-12-12T14:46:47","slug":"le-chili-de-mon-mari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/?p=1653","title":{"rendered":"Le chili de mon mari"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, c&rsquo;est mon mari qui est au fourneau, pour une de ses sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s: le Chili, qui cartonne \u00e0 chaque fois:)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#800000\">Pour 4 personnes<\/span><\/p>\n<p>300g de steak hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>1 boite (800g) de Haricots rouges<\/p>\n<p>1 gros oignon<\/p>\n<p>1 boite (800g) de tomates pel\u00e9es en cubes<\/p>\n<p>2 \u00e0 3 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;color:#800000\">Assaisonnement :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2 c\u00e0c de cumin<\/p>\n<p>1 c\u00e0c paprika doux<\/p>\n<p>1 pinc\u00e9e de piment de cayenne<\/p>\n<p>2 c\u00e0c d\u2019ail moulu (ou 2 gousses d\u2019ail frais hach\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir le steak \u00e9miett\u00e9 dans une cocotte avec 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 coloration.<\/p>\n<p>Otez le steak et faites revenir l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 en ajoutant 1 c\u00e0s d\u2019huile d\u2019olive si n\u00e9cessaire, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 coloration.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le steak, les haricots rinc\u00e9s, les tomates pel\u00e9es, r\u00e9duisez le feu et faites mijoter \u00bd heure.<\/p>\n<p>Salez, ajoutez tous les \u00e9pices et continuez la cuisson au moins 2 heures, plus c\u2019est long, plus c\u2019est bon.
