d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lavez les tomates et le poivron<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9taillez les tomates en petits d\u00e9s, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez le poivron et d\u00e9taillez-le en petits d\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez l&rsquo;oignon et \u00e9mincez-le finement<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez et hachez l&rsquo;ail<\/p>\n<p>Lavez et ciselez les pluches de persil<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9taillez le chorizo en fines rondelles<\/p>\n<p>Versez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une sauteuse, faites suer l&rsquo;oignon, ajoutez les tomates, le poivron, l&rsquo;ail et le persil, salez, poivrez et laissez mijoter 30mn \u00e0 feu doux couvert en remuant de temps en
