{"id":1533,"date":"2014-10-15T18:47:54","date_gmt":"2014-10-15T17:47:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/?p=1533"},"modified":"2017-03-28T15:01:03","modified_gmt":"2017-03-28T13:01:03","slug":"salicorne-fraiche-et-oeufs-au-plat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.latelierdestephetlolie.com\/?p=1533","title":{"rendered":"Salicorne fra\u00eeche et oeufs au plat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Suggestion de service : Pour un ap\u00e9ro d\u00eenatoire<\/p>\n<p>Plongez les salicornes dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau fra\u00eeche non sal\u00e9e<br \/>\nEbouillantez, \u00e9gouttez, poivrez et faire revenir le tout avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\nBaissez le feu<br \/>\nCreusez un trou au milieu de la po\u00eale, cassez-y 2 oeufs frais ( ceux-la viennent de mes jolies cocottes ) cuire doucement pour que les jaunes deviennent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ferme, poivrez avec un moulin \u00e0 poivre<\/p>\n<p>Facultatif : Saupoudrez ou pas de graines de s\u00e9same au wasabi<\/p>\n<p>Servir comme plat ou bien \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro et faire ses petits toast sois m\u00eame, d\u00e9posez un peu d&rsquo;oeuf et un peu de salicorne sur du pain grill\u00e9 !
