Ils seront croquants et garderons leur belle couleur)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Lavez et mixez les pluches de persil avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et l&rsquo;ail<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 saladier \u0153ufs, jaunes, lait, cr\u00e8me liquide, salez, poivrez,<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le m\u00e9lange persil\/huile, m\u00e9langez bien l&rsquo;ensemble<\/p>\n<p>***********************<\/p>\n<p>Beurrez un moule \u00e0 tarte<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et r\u00e9partissez-la dans le moule<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9partissez les petits pois sur le fond de la p\u00e2te<br \/>\nVerser l\u2019appareil \u00e0 cr\u00e8me prise sal\u00e9e sur la garniture, ajoutez des rondelles de ch\u00e8vre, saupoudrez d&rsquo;origan, versez un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et dorez le bord de la p\u00e2te avec le jaune d\u2019oeuf<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez pendant 35\/40 mn
