p\u00e2tissier<\/li>\n<li>120 g de beurre coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s + 10 g pour le moule<\/li>\n<li>110 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>4 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>50 g de farine + 10 g pour le moule<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de levure chimique<\/li>\n<li>5 g de sel<\/li>\n<li>Sucre glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Faites fondre le chocolat cass\u00e9 en morceaux avec le beurre au bain-marie<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Dans un grand saladier, fouettez le sucre avec les \u0153ufs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez la farine et la levure tamis\u00e9es petit \u00e0 petit, puis le sel, m\u00e9langez<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le m\u00e9lange chocolat\/beurre fondu<\/p>\n<p>Versez l&rsquo;appareil dans un moule beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Enfournez pendant 30 mn<\/p>\n<p>Laissez refroidir, d\u00e9moulez et saupoudrez de sucre
