d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>1 avocat<\/li>\n<li>1 citron vert<\/li>\n<li>4 c\u00e0s de sauce soja<\/li>\n<li>Quelques graines m\u00e9lang\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Quelques pluches de coriandre lav\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire le riz blanc dans un grand volume d&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e pendant 12 mn, \u00e9gouttez<\/p>\n<p>Coupez l\u2019avocat en deux dans le sens de la longueur, retirez le noyau et la peau, citronnez-le, puis d\u00e9coupez-le en fines tranches<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, faites chauffer doucement le riz dans une c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, ajoutez la sauce soja et quelques pluches de coriandre, m\u00e9langez<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer une seconde po\u00eale avec 2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, cassez les \u0153ufs et faites les cuire \u00ab\u00a0au plat\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Dressez dans chaque assiette creuse le riz, l&rsquo;avocat, l\u2019\u0153uf au plat, parsemez de graines m\u00e9lang\u00e9es et de pluches de coriandre, poivrez<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
