moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Lavez et coupez les endives en deux dans le sens de la longueur, \u00e9pluchez et \u00e9mincez l&rsquo;oignon<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale, ajoutez les endives et l&rsquo;oignon, faites dorer l&rsquo;ensemble 5 mn<\/p>\n<p>Dans un plat allant au four, disposez les endives et l&rsquo;oignon, ajoutez le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes chaud<\/p>\n<p>Salez, poivrez, parsemez de graines et
