carotte<\/li>\n<li>60 g de chou rouge<\/li>\n<li>60 g de <strong>quinoa<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 <strong>grenade<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2 tomates cerises<\/li>\n<li>Le jus d&rsquo;1 citron vert<\/li>\n<li>2 c\u00e0s de graines m\u00e9lang\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Quelques pluches de persil plat<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide<\/li>\n<li>2 c\u00e0s de sauce soja<\/li>\n<li>Poivre noir du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire le quinoa dans un grand volume d\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e pendant 20 mn, \u00e9gouttez, r\u00e9servez<\/p>\n<p>Lavez et \u00e9mincez le chou rouge<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez la carotte et \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9conome d\u00e9taillez-la en tagliatelles<\/p>\n<p>Lavez et coupez les tomates cerises en deux dans le sens de la longueur<\/p>\n<p>Lavez et \u00e9mincez le persil plat<\/p>\n<p>Ouvrez la grenade en deux et pr\u00e9levez les graines<\/p>\n<p>Coupez l&rsquo;avocat en deux, d\u00e9noyautez-le, retirez la peau, citronnez-le et d\u00e9taillez-le en fines tranches<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, versez la cr\u00e8me, ajoutez la sauce soja, le persil, poivrez, m\u00e9langez<\/p>\n<p>Dans chaque assiette creuse, r\u00e9partissez tous les ingr\u00e9dients, ajoutez les tranches de saumon fum\u00e9 enroul\u00e9es,
