caf\u00e9 de gingembre frais<\/li>\n<li>Quelques pluches de coriandre fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9taillez la tranche de langue de porc en gel\u00e9e en b\u00e2tonnets<\/p>\n<p>Lavez et essorez les pousses de soja<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez et d\u00e9taillez le concombre en b\u00e2tonnets<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez et \u00e9mincez le \u00bd oignon rouge<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez et coupez l\u2019orange en tranches<\/p>\n<p>Dans un petit bol, versez la sauce de soja, ajoutez la citronnelle \u00e9minc\u00e9e, le jus de citron vert, le gingembre
