fondre le chocolat cass\u00e9 en morceaux au bain-marie, ajoutez le beurre coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s, ainsi que la cr\u00e8me, m\u00e9langez<\/p>\n<p>Hors du feu, ajoutez le sucre et les jaunes
